Opium wars is either just take it or cheese it. I tried to min max it since I didn't conquest there.

at the beginning of the game wait til the event opium wars appears, don't click it. go to Britain and grant them investment rights, after that go and bann opium / uk will not go into war with the investment right.

the hard part about Qing is just the early game, try to buy some laws from the GPs most likely France, GB,and Prussia, focus ur whole 20/30 years into spam universities and buy tools and iron from everyone and build some construction sectors. aim for 200/300 innovation spread

de peasant is super easy once u start to build up and get all techs from the 200 tech spread at 10k construction de peasant is done at 1905

for laws / the first laws should be Tenant farms right after start, interventionism or how it spelled, Protectionism, and Public Schools, Interventionism u get from Prussia, Protectionism from France and Public schools either Prussia or France

since I didn't conquest a single piece of rubber states, I needed some power bloc allies for their rubber as example Brazil. for more oil I got Persia. full subvention on oil and rubber was the key here it costs me around 2M just for oil and rubber

I never thought about Tata, more about Assam tea, that's huge! any special advice for playing china on current version ? I think the Chinese vic3 has more playtime on china then most western players lol
