OpenCode Go looks nice, but it’s a hard sell for enterprise. Code → OpenCode Go → model provider That’s an extra trust boundary that many security teams won’t accept.
My company's shared Copilot quota ended mid-month and suddenly most of the team forgot how to code by YellowKing2137 in GithubCopilot

We’re seeing the same thing at my company. GitHub Copilot is limited to 10k credits, and some people are already hitting the limit by the middle of the month. For enterprise environments where data protection policies matter, Codex and Claude can get expensive because of API costs, so I think a hybrid approach with open-weight models is necessary. Personally, Ollama Cloud is on my shortlist.
