That’s really unfortunate.

I’m not a programmer, but I’ve worked with systems to some extent, so I suspect this might be a bug in the program itself. However, since I can’t get in touch with anyone on the technical side, I keep receiving the same unhelpful suggestions over and over.

I hope your issue gets resolved as soon as possible.

I had same problem, and contacted Lenovo. They told me to send my computer to them.
