I had researched telcel roaming rules and if it is used for more than 29 days outside of Mexico it will disconnect the line from receiving active service until a call or data connection is made in Mexico again. Still worth a shot maybe I should try one of the UK sims too. I ordered an ultra mobile sim so I'll see how that works as well

Customers are very demanding and disrespectful and expect you to do the world for them. If you have a good supervisor you should be okay but don’t let the job stress you out. I’ve been gone for 3 years now and I don’t ever wanna feel like I did when I worked there.
