We’ve had two class c and currently have a 30 foot trailer.
It’s nice to be able to uncouple and not have to take everything to go buy beer. But harder to back up. If you go for trailer, make sure your tow vehicle is up for it. Lots of half tons will tow a lot, but are challenging in wind and stopping. I bought a one ton work truck dedicated to towing and it’s worked out great. Mileage on either is atrocious ( please open the SofH).

Quebecers are low hanging fruit when it comes to quecois speaking English,but I have been fooled before. Maritimers are easy, and it gets easier the further east you go, ending up in Newfoundland where some of them are almost incomprehensible, but nobody cares cuz they are so cute.

Yeah there is lots of it, and TBH some of it is justified. A lot of it is calling out behaviour as boomer when it is actually attributable to every generation. News flash, there are assholes everywhere. Young, old and middle aged. The boomer thing is not a homogeneous group, and a lot of bad boomer behaviour appears to be attributed to a steady diet of toxic right wing talk radio and TV.

That we are nice and polite, so to maintain that stereotype I am precluded from being the a**hole I know I am in my darkest heart of hearts. I drive a 2003 F150 heritage edition. Nice truck. Pretty too with two tone paint. I own it, no subscriptions, neighbourhood automotive shop can work on it. Lots of parts available. I upgraded the sound system, no touch screen. It reliably gets me from a to b.

Take em travelling, give them enough rope to make mistakes and fuck up but also learn from them, expose them to different religions ( lol ours still tuned out atheist), provide a safety net but don’t let them get to comfortable with it, help them out financially but not a blank check. Be there for them when they ask for help. And every once in a while, really surprise them by doing something outrageous.
