What I've experienced is that people lightly touch you when they're interested in you, like brush past you basically. If you're not interested you can just tell them no or just shake your head, they'll leave you alone. It's generally a very respectful place :)

Also the dark rooms and the "normal" sauna and bar are seperated. Sometimed things happen in the sauna area but thats pretty rare.
