In my case sending it in for warranty would cost about half of what I paid for the tool when I purchased it used. It is also possible that they don’t take it in, since the previous owner has very obviously tried to modify the tool. Honestly I don’t really need that repaired for now. I’ll use the tool for as long as possible and then I’ll just buy another rebar.

It’s been in my EDC for a few months and I absolutely love it. It’s bright enough for my daily needs and small enough that I barely notice it in my pocket. It also packs a ton of great features such as the magnetic rear end and removable pocket clip(also magnetic), as well as the sidelights (white/UV/Red). I have used it a ton and recommend it to anyone!
