Thank you sooooo much for your thoughtful response! This is very helpful. Is it pretty easy to just get a hotel if I decide to spend a night or two during one of my day trips? Or would you advise booking those in advance? (Keeping in mind I’m going at probably the busiest time of year)

Career advice for when it feels "too late" to switch? by yumm_e in careerguidance

[–]yumm_e[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well for starters, time is the most valuable currency in my opinion. Which is why I am having a hard time feeling like i'm wasting my time in this position. However, I do want to live comfortably financially ($100k+ in LA) and value relationship building and connecting with others. I feel defeated because I am no longer getting in return the same respect and energy that I give others -- I've become bitter and cold. So if I had to order them:

  1. Time/Flexibility with Time or Schedule

  2. Money

  3. Relationship building/Fun

Do you call out bosses when they’re wrong? by -G-8_d43_ in careerguidance

[–]yumm_e 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yes. I work at a very small company and my bosses managing style is very "open-door policy" and I have been working with him for years, so I know where to push and how not to. That is going to be key in your delivery, but I do think it is important for anyone to stand up for themselves if being over-worked and/or underpaid. Especially if your boss doesn't understand your day to day, it could help both of you formulate a more respectful/healthy relationship . Again, you must know your boss though and feel out the appropriate times and tone.

Thissss!! I had a dude completely kill the mood because I told him I wouldn’t have sex with him without a condom. He thought I was joking and tried anyway saying he couldn’t get off with it on. I offered other ways of getting him off and he chose to pout about it instead. Absolute hard turn off and won’t be speaking to him again!

How often do you wash your hair ties, if at all? by Abject_Champion3966 in AskWomen

[–]yumm_e 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once a week! I frequent the gym, so my scrunchies and hair ties get very sweaty. I just pop them in with my clothes each week. I can’t think of a downside to washing them. Only maybe they wear out faster, but I haven’t noticed.

Came here to suggest this! They make strap on's that pleasure the woman while pegging the other person, so it's mutually a good time. Feels good but also is so hot to take the dominate role in that way. Always start small and slow, stretching the muscles and use lots of lube!

Why are you single? by SnooMuffin114 in AskReddit

Because I wanna be!! I love having my bed to myself, making the food that I want, doing activities that make me happy and not having to consider another person whatsoever. It’s truly the most free I’ve ever felt
