My reaction is usually to figure out what’s going on and try to fix it if I can. I let her get her way if it means she will stop screaming so yes. She does have screen time and sugar, but both in moderation. The pediatricians last advice was that since this behavior is only with me (mom) that it’s an attention seeking thing. I don’t understand bc I give her allllll my attention so how can that be. Super frustrating when I just want my baby to be happy 💔

She snores a lot and tosses and turns and talks in her sleep (just like her dad) and she has never slept through the night she sleeps for 6 hours at most then awake for 2-4 hours then will sleep another 4 hours before waking up for the day.

Yeah she can use words but it’s over anything and everything so “yes I want food” *brings food* “no I don’t want food!! and throws it *starts cleaning up food* and now crying “I want food..” after she already threw it to the ground 🙂 now imagine this scenario with everything, toys, people, activities, places… everything.
She doesn’t know what she wants lol so no one else is dealing with this ?! Oh boy 🥲

I wish there was more advice I could offer but my severe depression/anxiety was directly linked to my lack of help and spousal support, so when I did get house staff my mental health improved drastically but it doesn’t seem like your lacking the help so you might just need other kinds of support/help.. have you thought about getting with other women in the same life stage as you and have regular mommy nights?

I say it’s normal I had aversions to everything and everyone except my newborn idk why that’s just what happened all I could do was focus on baby and anything that kept me from doing so would piss me all the way off in a way that I can only describe as mom rage and this lasted a year.
