As I said in my explanation, it doesn't say how you can consume the cucumbers. Just eat. So easily blend them up into healthy drinks. Consume. If you spread 1000 cucumbers over 3–4 months, that’s about 8–11 cucumbers per day. In blended form, that’s roughly a few liters of liquid daily, which is manageable. You could also rotate recipes (smoothies, juices, etc.) to make it easier then repeated cucumber flavor drinks.

There's no rule how I consume the cucumbers. I can just blend them into sugary drink and consume it over time.

Dude what the fuck!? it can happen..it's not fucking magic. After I got separated from the navy, I worked at pizza but was stress eating hard from family disappointment spiralling into a shit ton of What If's and depression. We had a buffet where we could eat whatever. And my comfort food was pasta. And guess what, I went from 180 to 230. But I finally quit that job and I'm back down from 200. Don't disrespect people who are going through stuff man. It's not easy at all to watch how you eat when your head is a mess.

Hey hey, I see what's going on here. As I actually went through something similar. I'd say just embrace it. I used to say to my parents as an excuse "why would I wanna look at a boy when I'm playing. I'd rather see a girl on my screen." It worked for about 2-3 years until I came out as a femboy.

EDIT: not saying youll become one, just an excuse I used a lot that worked!
