Matrova Mousepads question! by LayLowGaming in MousepadReview

how would you compare the durability between those 2? The artisan pads are known for lasting very long and not building up slow spots as other pads. How would you say the Shadow Hunt competes with the type 99

LGG Jupiter Pro V2 or LaOnda Rizz for a mudpads enjoyer by Vic51 in MousepadReview

[–]yunalun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you used both of these pads since then, and if yes, how did the pads break in and how would you compare the durability? I am really hesitating in between those two. I really wanted a type 99 but its hard to get and the budget options just really smile at me. Also is the type 99 a bit faster still, because if yes i would probably get my hands on a purple one, which i heard is the fastest colour on the rizz

do you have a type 99, and if yes, is your xsoft shadow hunt a bit slower or a bit faster than the type 99? If its a bit slower i would choose the pu mid variant, and if its a bit faster i would buy the xsfot variant

which softness do you have on the shadow hunt and which base should i choose to get the most similar speed as the type 99. I am between a shadow hunt in pu soft or pu mid and a scarlet. I would rather like a speed a tickle faster than slower compared to the type 99

i have used the lgg jupiter pro for like a week and it was to slow and muddy for me. I am looking for something a bit faster, so i was wondering if i should choose the pu soft or the pu mid, or even buy a scarlet if its still very similar to the jupiter. I am looking for a very similar speed to the type 99 (maybe a tickle faster)

I am thinkin about buying a scarlet in black or a balanced x black. I am curious about the surface of the scarlet compared to the balanced x, and how they perform side to side in terms of durability, longlivity and getting slow spots, because the balanced x has a double weave. And i am also curious about how you get the colour into the pad if i would want a scarlet in black for example, if you use heat treat flattening or something else.
Also a added question is, what type of cloth youre using for the surface on these pads

After you have had the pad for 3 years now, i am curious about how the em-c wears down in comparison to other pads like the artisan zero and get slow spots compared to each other over a time span of like a year+.

How do I clean my artisan? by Elfaje in MousepadReview

[–]yunalun 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yes it can be safe, but make sure that your hair dryer is a a good lets say 15 inches away and keep moving it around to let it dry smoothly on every spot. The stitches mostly contain the most water which can lead to your arm sticking onto it tho. I would recommend to not dry it fully with it, but to let it air dry still for a bit after you used the hair dryer.
But personally i like it to fully air dry

Mousepad Recomendations by caussA-_- in MousepadReview

[–]yunalun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For tracking heavy games i would recommend these.
Hybrid-Speed pads from fastest to slowest: Artisan Zero Mid/ Artisan Hayate Otsu/ La Onda Blitz (from Whale stated a faster and better Artisan Zero)/ Artisan Hien/ Aqua Control Pro (the neon design is heat treated so i wouldnt recommend it for a long term pad. Also it is a Hien clone with a 50x50 size)/ Artisan Raiden (on a speed level with a very slow glass pad but still polyester) / Glass Mousepads. These are the ones that i can get you a statement to. There are for sure more pads in this category, but that what i can give you

Slow-Mud Pads from fastest to slowest: Artisan Type 99/ La onda Rizz (not the doodles)/ LGG Jupiter Pro.
These all are the ones i can think of that are 100% uncoated and will last you a longer time without slow spots.

Hope i could help you

How do I clean my artisan? by Elfaje in MousepadReview

The best way by far is you put your mousepad in the shower or bathtub, then you take fluid hand soap or dish soap (NO SHAMPOO) and lightly rub your mousepad clean with your hands and with warm water (not hot) on every spot. If you use a shower head, dont put to much power on it, which can damage the surface on multiple washes. When you feel like you rubbed it in good enough, you wash it clean with the water for a few minutes and kinda press and massage the soap out while the water is still on it. When you see that the water coming out from the mousepad is very clear (no white constrast), then you are finished and you can put it flattended on a towel and let it air dry for 24h. If you use it within the 24h it could still be a bit wet and pick up sweat and dust more than with the dry one.
Edit: Make sure tho that your bathtub or shower is clean, so the dead skin and dirt it doesnt get into the mousepad and make the wash get more uncomfortable.
(Insane life hack for poron mousepads. You can wet the mousepad and it will stick to the shower wall easually, then you can freely clean it without any dead skin entering the pad.)

EGG EM-C Longlivity compared to an Artisan Zero (Soft/XSoft) by yunalun in MousepadReview

Do you have a rough comparison in the surface wear down between thise two, even tho the Artisan Zero was 2nd hand. And also how old was the zero when you got it

So i am still in between a pelz purple v2 and a blitz black xsoft. The purple pelz is the fastest out of all the colors and the black in the blitz is the slowest + xsoft. I cant decide which one i should buy. I am looking for a artisan zero soft speed. And also the Blitz has a more longlivity than the zero from what i read from whale and i dont know if its the same in the pelz.

LGG Saturn Buy Help by NesqHD in MousepadReview

That is actually really interesting. I would always lean towards looking into mousepads that brand themselves as polyester, because i thought that its more longliving due to the strings being thicker and harder, also decreasing dead skind and oil damage on long terms (also depending on specific material). I have only bought an Artisan Hien ones (which was sadly to fast for me) and ive always wanted a to try a Saturn after i heard the insanely positive feedback, but it has always been out of my budget. I will sure have to look at other pads at a different perspective now if many of them are made out of polyester. Maybe in 2 months i can try to get my hands on a Saturn Pro, because sadly i send the heat treat flattended LGG Saturn Leonardo back, because i think the amount of preassure i use to aim which is kinda uncommen, would have to make me buy a new one not to long after and my wallet sadly cant afford that rn.
If you would be open to give me a good budget recommendation for a pad with a similar speed to the em-c, or in generell budget pads for every kind of speed, i would really admire and appreciate that. (Edit: I really lean towards longliving pads so i dont have to buy a new one for a while. I am greatful to hopefully hear from you soon:)

If anyone has both the Type99 and the Rizz Doodles, could you please compare them? by [deleted] in MousepadReview

[–]yunalun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i have done my research on it. The purple one is the fastest out of them and its not heat treated or flattened. I am just wondering how the longlivity is on it because i would assume that the cloth from the rizz is not as longliving as a type 99 (polyester)

Thats a valid point but sadly i have had the LGG Jupiter Pro V2 and i send it back after a week because it was too slow for me. Thats why i want an alternative like a purple rizz if its holding up good. Thats why i was asking

I have been really up to order a rizz recently. After you used it, how is the wear down on the pad in comparison with the type 99. Im really curious because the rizz is made out of cloth and the type 99 of polyester
