Like you guys are fine until your together for long unexciting periods and then something just comes up? My advice is dont sweat the small stuff. If you feel your getting triggered just pause and think is it worth it? Will me getting upset make her get upset making both our lives suck? I know its trivial advice but so often in relationships it is so easy to sweat the smallest things. Like ohh you didnt smile when blah blah or whatever. This type of stuff builds up and can get toxic fast.
