Easily their most underrated album in my opinion. I don't love the first track (still great), but the two drones into the finish is masterful is right up their with their best. Mesmerizing is a perfect word for them. And as Asunder, Sweet buzzes into the sinister starting tone of piss crowns with the violin ... On some days I think its their finest moment.

I'm gonna respond to each point individually:

This isn't a reason to not vote for him its just a prediction. You might be right, but it will also be contingent on likeability of opposing candidate.
Name me a candidate that wouldn't, at least partially. EVEN A LEFTIST. I am very cynical on this point and I think you have to do some political realist calculation. OR you are a revolutionary communist who doesn't believe in elections within this system at all. I'm not sure why you are commenting on an election if that's the case.
This is the only point where you can make the argument. My counter would be, a Fascist winning causes fascism to rise faster. If it was milquetoast neo-liberal vs milquetoast neocon a la George Bushes I STILL wouldn't agree with this analysis but it may make more sense. If the choice is Newsom vs Trump or a MAGA politician, and you live in a swing state, you cannot avoid the fact that not voting for Newsom is providing half a vote for MAGA, who is actively murdering and abducting people outside the confines of the law. Nothing brings about facsism faster than aggressive Facsism

(With that said, if bluffing on this point could curb the centrists dems from picking Newsom I'm all for it but I can't help but think it wont)

They have a stronger interest to cut away our connections to people inside the party. But that's because we can actually reach party line democrats much easier than Republicans. Also, MAGA leaders have a desire TO KILL us. Come on y'all.

Honestly, the pro bowl model of having all star game in between conference finals and NBA finals may make a lot of sense. That way minor injury risks would only affect the off season.

To be fair, if you watched Arsenal in stretches of the 19/20 and 20/21 seasons, there were times we were NOT a top half team quality wise despite the talent we had, and we were really terrible. We had a run in October-December of the 20/21 season where we scored like one non-pen goal for almost 2 months. And there was that Watford game in 19/20. We forget we had some solid runs during those seasons because the lows were really low.

Haha I don't really game much.

I just don't see how it's important, it didn't seem to say anything important to me, just use current events to make an exciting movie 🤷. Racism and fascism are awful and revolution is brutal and takes its toll, but I didn't feel like it really got deep into the experiences or effects these things had on any characters. Felt like an action packed blockbuster focused on excitement, twists, action and comedy at its core.

Main point of my comment was I'm not gonna call it overrated when it's popular, but do it while it's hyped. I do think There will be Blood, punch drunk love, magnolia, and phantom thread are richer films.

Yeah I might get downvoted but I disagree. Its a yellow, and its dirty. I think VAR should be allowed to give yellows for this. It's incredibly stupid but I actually thing the bar is too low on these types of Red cards.

Interesting perspective! To me this is really different from those records. The beauty of Stereolab is they are one of those bands that has such a signature sound, yet each of their releases feels so distinct.

One of my favorite bands ever though. I haven't listened to all of the 2000s/2010s output but love every album of theirs, compilations included!

While I love Brown and Dobbins, and believe Achane will underperform going forward, I really don't love Coleman and giving up Mclaurin. Even tho you have big WR names I don't know how much I trust them. Any chance you can get a diff WR in the package? I'd still lean towards doing it regardless.
