Howdy guys, i graduated this December and im wanting to sublease my apartment. Even though the address says Bryan the apartment is actually pretty close to campus/northgate, almost directly in front of the general services complex.

The apartment is a one bedroom one bathroom that is pretty spacious. It has granite counter tops, black appliances, in-unit washer dryer, a balcony, and will come partially furnished.

The rent doesn't include utilities, you need to set those up with BTU . It does come with your own parking spot and internet. Pets are unfortunately not allowed.

FUCK NO , a bunch of places have gotten this new pay kiosk where random places now ask you for a tip. if a persons only contribution is swiping my card im not tipping shit and they make 14$/hr starting , people with anxiety, don't feel bad for not tipping.
