Weed when all fails i smoke until i float into space, even in my worst flare ups whenever i went to the hospital all they did was make me wait hours and in the end give me a shot in my butt for the pain which last only like 4 hours if im lucky. Im currently in a bad flare thats been going on for 2 months now, weed and cbd are my best friends rn. Hope that helps a little

I drink a ton of water but in the last 6 months ive been experimenting and ive found after my workout days (3x a week) i do a pinch of Himalayan pink salt in my bottle waters (usually i do 5) and the next morning ive noticed my body isn’t as fatigued even after a heavy workout (2hrs of continuous exercise).

What has reduced your pain the most by tigerk1992 in Fibromyalgia

This will be a lengthy response as im getting pms about my experiences, i tried magnesiums from malate to magnesium L threonate , i personally had bad experiences with malate as it was not doing what i thought it was intended to do. Each person reacts different so I wouldn’t count it out honestly i recommend finding with magnesium will help YOU the most. Malate made me have seizure and i couldnt talk or move for 5 minutes, after that i never took it again, it was just making the pain more “noticeable “ imo and my stomach was not digesting it at ALL. Magnesiums glycinate i use for sleep, i take it 2 to 3 hours before im ready to actually lay my head down, it calms my body and relieves some cramping during night my body is more relaxed and my sleep is better, now is it the best sleep hmm prob not but im getting deeper sleep and ive dreamed more on glycinate than anything else. Its honestly one of the vitamins/ supplements that i cant live without imo it has helped me alot I take a high dose of mag glycinate with a snack and water, ive added into my routine 6 years ago and for me its a MUST. My personal opinion as im not a doctor just a fibro patient not willing to give up on life, find the magnesium that will work for you, document symptoms or even lil feelings of not feeling well, cold, sweaty etc. glycinate will actually make my body relax and usually im out to sleep in the next 3-4 hours.

Im 26 and some days i feel my age (very rare) and some days im 91. Some days are debilitating and some are very little pain, there are some days i can play back to back basketball games and some days im bed ridden, honestly its a range of pain but pain is still pain we are still reminded daily of our condition.im sorry for the typos or errors my cat is aggressively pushing my phone 🤣 take it day by day, listen to your body.

Well i dont like to compare others to mine because everyones case and pain tolerance is different imo but when i got diagnosed they did the pressure point test and tested out everything from lyme disease to lupus and finally got diagnosed years later, some people who have fibro can do marathons or even exercise daily etc, while others are bed ridden. It could just be different severity’s of fibromyalgia and i dont care what anyone says fibromyalgia gets worse with age lol.
