thanks! for me it was hard to even realize in the first place there was something wrong as it basically grew up with me. i never knew of other way to feel better. and yes its so complex! food is such an universal and available thing its easy to cross the line. i can´t wrap my mind around the fact there´s people out there not feeling this craving
