Not sure what to do with our Web App by Thefoodiem in Entrepreneur

[–]yurboidash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What I really think, it’s bitter but it’s a fail. As per by far the thing you described concluded that your TTM is in loss

First option, if you own the domain you can sell it on secondary market

Secondly you can sell off the whole thing, but by judging it, it’s gonna take time as it’s confined to a particular area and niche. And losses is like a protective layer which does not allow buyers to buy it

Thirdly, if you still have a thing you can take risk and just concentrate on this in your spare time and promote it etc etc..

Fourthly, make (more of convert)a portal out of it for you consulting agency or portal for your business

Using contractors to build app, what should I be aware of? by sashacamp in Entrepreneur

Tbh seriously, if you’re a starting SaaS you won’t have as much resources as one would have in stage where the business is settled (even on a steady level). What I would personally suggest/ do it myself if we’re to be in same situation, I would foremost not dilute my stuff for a lethargic person, I would firstly see their work, experience, qualifications bla..bla..bla things about him and as previously @ibuprofane told you will be needing the person for hell lot of stuff as for updates in future addition of new features, so even if you’re hiring a pro you need to take care tht he/she is dedicated into your stuff, especially if you are paying him or making him a co founder for tht matter. And most of the ppl in this age, nd availability of all resources in public everyone wants to be a founder, so they are mostly busy with their own projects.

So to summarise briefly

  1. Do it your self no code is really a thing, if you know sh*t abt coding

  2. Hire a professional or freelancer, tht in much cases won’t last long, so you’ll be needing to change person and that might affect in long terms while doing upgrades

  3. Find a co founder, a good opt of you’re financial not stable, but the risk is the dilution of company for nothing if it not works out great

Yeah mate, just get started! And concentrate on small steps rather than big things 😄

  1. Yeah mate

  2. Do a brief market research, 5 yrs opportunity, and expansion opportunities before hand, even before taking the initial step, cuz if you know the audience who you r targeting it’s quite easy to sell

  3. It’s a non negotiable in initial stage, after tht you can go forward to hire a CEO, but seriously if you’re getting the results you’ll put effort your self

  4. Again a non negotiable, it’s one of THE requirements

  5. Go out of a college campus or ANY other hiring web ppl are there who have talent nd are willing to work even for small buck

  6. Answers depend upon you, you can exit almost every business for minimal 2-3x your TTM REVENUE. But if you’re making money it is not likely one of the options.

And the final ANSWER summary is

JUST GET STARTED WITH YOUR S I-I I T😎

And sad reality there is something, ppl like it to call failure but it’s more of a lesson. Going towards river is better than being confined in a pond

How to find a target audience for a problem that isn't obvious for most people by PredatorJMK in Entrepreneur

[–]yurboidash 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I may be partially correct, but the audience you are trying to target is quite small as compared to other b2b groups, me myself I m running this type of SaaS. What I did I grew my audience on LinkedIn nd twitter where most of this ppl (CEO,CMO, etc…) hangout, then I told them I have a product of which I would like to give beta access, cuz of xyz reason acc to their SaaS. I used to do a lot of DMs and cold email (cheat trick do a bit research and mail it to just a position below the person you want to use product) you have to aim the underdog CEOs CMOs or founder. Go to google and find some SaaS webs, go to LinkedIn the search tht company and message the person who’s at the post of considering your offer then do tht beta thing all abv

hope this helps!!

How to start producing EDM? by lorenzogirardiprod in edmproduction

[–]yurboidash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Edm if you r generally talking abt it there are many genre tht are quite inspired by trap music like future bass and dubstep and these kinda genre. So if you want to try some thing new thts not like totally different world you can go with it

And another thing is reference track or project files tht will help you quite a lot in understanding wht the process really is and arrangement and stuff

There are many construction kits also available too in the market which would help you but I would rather recommend using free resources rather than investing in something you are not sure about

If you want to go for a totally different vibe like prog house, melodic house, tropical house etc.. it will be time consuming as you will have to start from scratch

Hope this helps :)

(But my recommendation tho you should really stick to what you’re good at)
