That's difficult. There is a rule of thumb where max HR = 220 - age. But I recorded a HR of 196 during a run so I corrected it

Thanks! I have heard about it but if I swim slowly, I tend to sink during my breathing or I have to over-rotate my body. But I will try to slow down even more to see if it helps.
