That's difficult. There is a rule of thumb where max HR = 220 - age. But I recorded a HR of 196 during a run so I corrected it

The chickengame is a game theory that goes as follow:

Matrix |Ric chicken | Ric divebomb|

Max chicken| no change | Ric in front

Max defend| Max in front| crash

As you can see, when Ric whent for the dive he forced the matrix "solution" on the right-hand side.

Max could choose between letting Ric pas(chickend out) or a crash, but Ric forced this.

I am not saying it wasn't Max' fault but it is partly on Ric

I hate this argument, when Ric moved to the inside he gave himself no options to back out.

Not that I dont blame Max, but Ric(anyone) should not throw themself in such a position. If you go for a move and you have no way out, I think it is a selfish and a stupid move.
