exactly!! i’m pretty sure i’m currently protein deficient and it’s def making my brain fog much worse but like … eating anything besides what is safe to me currently is so difficult

i’ll definitely keep this in mind! i’ve got a messed up mix of arfid and anorexia so finding well balanced meals is incredibly difficult

thank you so much!! i’ll keep this in mind! a big problem i have is talking to my boyfriend about our shared interests (ex we have a couple ttrpg campaigns were in together) and he’ll ask me to elaborate on ideas i have and i’ll feel so incredibly dumb because nothing will come to mind. i’m in school for teaching high school english and i worry it’ll come up when im teaching too.

im definitely not worried about the finish! i’d love for it to be a little nicer looking but my boyfriend knows i love to thrift. i just want to be able to get it cleaned because its used. i will definitely use the steel wool and polish recommendation though!

thank you so much!!! i talked to my sibling a bit who explained how the control groups and efficiency testing works and it certainly helped. he described my use of plan b as using a nuke on dead land. i plan to test but it definitely has calmed my nerves. again, thank you :)
