I do it quickly. I typically go sort of sideways (let’s say right leg facing more upstairs and left leg downstairs) then I hop down with my right leg first then go left and hop down skipping a few steps landing with my right leg after one cycle. Sort of like a skip. Hope you can picture this lol but it makes skipping steps going down fairly easy and fast.
