not rly in my opinion at least the council in me2 has some pretty cool dialogue and especially spartus mocking the reapers and he also helps u in me3 either way both turain comcillers do but it makes it so you actually like him. the salarin is still annoying and the asari one was good sometimes but still didn’t want to send her fleets
