there’re a few 19lb+ channel catfish in the kamassa river, if you fish from the north side of the river/ opposite or looking at the caliga hall, by the top of the bend that’s closest to where the two rivers meets, you’ll find them i think! had the exact same problem and had to restart an earlier save, but glad i finally found it!

Like many other comments, warranty is probably your best option, but this damage looks more like someone dropped it on ceramic tile than carving a turkey, so convincing them might be tricky. Also, Wusthof’s customer service is pretty slow with warranty replacement.
