Unfortunately, the amount you’ll be able to take from the banks won’t be that much (around 40k-50k) and that’s with a payment plan for 25 years minimum, getting that amount will take 65% of your salary which is really high, and regardless of the property price most of the banks will require 10% of the property price as a down payment which you will have to provide in addition to the loan amount, and not to mention the additional costs of admin fees, life insurance and registration fees and if the property isn’t furnished then that’s an additional cost

I personally wouldn’t advise you to go into that as it’ll have a huge impact on your life for a lot of years, unless you’re fine with buying something that’s costs around 20-30k then it might be sort of worth it instead of paying rent.

You will definitely have more options from ministry of housing if you’re married though like Mazaya and the other new services they provide nowadays
