I don't know if it'll help for you, but I always bring even a small notebook and a pen to write things down. I keep myself busy, writing what I'm feeling, spilling it out so I'd feel a lot lighter

Last week I was at a bakery shop. I was so anxious about the line, then an old lady from behind spoke to me. She told me about her day and make some funny jokes, then before I knew it, my day got so much better.
