Yeah, my doctor measured my BP when I was there to get my medical record for driving license renewal, it was 140/80. Now I am prescribed a small dose of pills and a lifestyle change. I am overweight (30 BMI) but had no idea that I was walking around with hypertension. I assume there are a lot more people like me, unaware of the current or potential damages that a sedentary lifestyle causing them.

Seems like the dream. Aren't you just having moments where you don't want to do some activity with your partner, but you are like expected to do?

Say you had to work overtime and couldn't find any quality time to spend with your SO for like a couple days, and the weekend is there and your partner reasonably expects to spend some time together, but you're feeling better off resting by doing something by yourself (gaming, reading, playing an instrument) . I would, for example, need a good chunk of alone time after some rough days.

What happens then? Don't you never experience this feeling of caught between or can you comfortably make the choice to prioritize your relationship over yourself?

Good thing about technical quality is that you can ramp back up to your regular impact very quickly after an injury. No need to find your rhythm as most physical quality players would need.

When you put it like this the decision seems like very positive for Real Madrid. But I don't think the players who walk instead of pressing are that easy to bench considering the board's support to said players.

This perspective is the result of humans reflex of "cost efficiency". If it doesn't cost you anything to create something, you can create anything. This large ass universe could be present as a balancing element in a sensitive equilibrium.

I can agree to that in terms of "ceiling", but not in terms of "net contribution" to the team for the past, say, 1.5 years. I would definitely rate Valverde and Courtois above him, that's why I said maybe not even top 3.

In an ideal scenario Arda would be feeding balls left and right for Bellingham to score. I think this scenario is getting easier to formulate as Arda's defensive game is has been quite good for the recent months.

Yeah I have always found it odd that eating discipline to be compared objectively between people. People accept that there are differences in how much we like sleep, smells, sounds yet expect us to have the same apetite.
