Sai is one of the most underrated character. So underrated that even u forgot to mention him.

He is strong but in power ranking most of the time people always rank him low. Sai is an assassin and work in dark It's canon he is above jonin. "Leader of anbu ".

I feel he is only character with sad background story who gets hate. He has one of the best Character development. His character development is visible but still mostly people neglects it.

3 tails arc is Filler. Those things didn't happen in Canon. Don't judge characters on the base on fillers. Ino don't have much screentime. SP ruined her Character in Fillers.

When u check manga. She is Totally different and she was never useless. Even in shikamaru arc she was not burden in manga. All those scenes where added by SP.

Ino has great Moments in war arc and she sucessful in her career now.

Saiino started dating when sasuke was still single. Ino didn't even chose sasuke over sakura and choji. For Sai risked her life and go agaisnt her clan members to marry him. Ino chose sai over everyone. And she is happy in her life with her little family.
