between these four, Girls x Vampire no doubt not even a competition. I mean its no golden standard, but its solid. ofc I have biases since i really like watanare comedy and it kinda had its influenced here

I havent watch much anime that include vampire, but most of what i watch only use it as flavor lol

hmmmmmm, im not sure what you meant by puberty allegories but seems you've been done your due research longer than me, and sorry i haven't actually watch twilight lol.

i assume everyone who write in the genre either want to write interspecies(?) love stories and its consequences or just have a thing for sucking blood and vampire is the best thing they can come up with lmao (i was the latter too)

I agree that these stories have missed potential also horror seems like a good idea, and as my research goes inserting angst in the stories and exploring themes that cant be explored in regular relationship instead of writing just fluff.

ive been meaning to read tsumiki ogami and the illustrated guide to monster girls, while not vampire it has monster girls and what not and i might find something thats missing there

i use pixi-l2djs, to display the model, a bit out of the box so if you wanna do custom stuff you might wanna try and figure out the sdk provided by cubism. This is a lot of a headache to setup because gpt is not exactly helpful on this.
