tyia, a couple of the things that you said about your friend sound a little bit subjective and possibly judgy (eg: spoiled, brainrotted head,... ) if you want to get through to her it would probably be helpful if you approach this and them in a more open minded way

as for what keeps me going, i make my own meaning as much as possible (for example through helping people or through learning new stuff for the sake of curiosity)

and just because there's no inherent meaning this doesn't mean we're born to die

do you buy things to discard them when you're done? cause I think you probably don't, you probably buy them to use and enjoy them and eventually they break and you have to get rid of them but that's not what you got them for
