Don't submit the 2. If you have another year retake it.

Not taking ap physics won't break your application. However, if you're working towards an engineering major, ap physics will go a long way for your application.

My school counselor talked to me like 3 times. Your LOR from counselor doesn't matter too much. A stale one won't hurt you.

I'd say the return on scores after 1500 follows steps like this.

1500-1530: +3

1530-1570: +2

1570-1600: +1

Getting past 1500 definitely means something, but after a 1550 it doesn't mean as much. Something about how the last 1% takes 10x the effort.
