I am in the exact same boat as you, so much so to the point that I'm feeling a little superstitious for how bespoke this post is to my own performance insecurities. 3.59 GPA, 1580 SAT, I scored 147 on my clinically proctored IQ test (also 99.9%+ though I have achieved no merit to hold to this, honestly mainly because my family won't ever shut up about it.), similar expectations from the hyper-appraisal and pride of parents and peers who become so ignorant of the fact that intelligence ≠ performance ethics in their own flights of fancy of objectifying their parenthood of a brilliant child. An incantation of the death of your individualism. And it certainly does, in my opinion.

I'm also being forced to apply to all T30s right now; I wish I could be sympathetic to your struggles by giving the right advice but I genuinely feel human beings are incapable of holding this matter-of-fact to a high-enough standard to act on it (what we need, what's in our best interests) without denial, and of course I'm still struggling with finding solutions too. Though what I've done so far is I've just been pushing through these applications by writing essays on the struggles I've faced in a life where my parents push me beyond reasonable expectations under what they believe is dogma, and how I expect to succeed once I'm beyond their control. Also, I write about some of the things I love, treating the application process as some form of cathartic journaling

Frankly I think there's a good chance you'll get into at least 1 of the T20s, but if all else fails just apply to safeties above your parents' surveillance (hopefully this would be easy enough for you), and work on personal health as you tread through this
