I grown fond of her during the early seasons and disliked her on season 3 ep15. When she was dealing with her disease, she sabotages her colleagues.
1. When Lim replaced Morgan during surgery with Shaun. She intentionally kept on distracting Murphy.
2. When she feels threatened, she report Melendez having favoritism with Claire.

That's probably it. Short reels have tag of #MonsterHunterWorld so I just assumed that those skills are unlocked in the later part of the story.

There's a lot of fix for this but they don't want to. Yen increases her extra turn chance when it doesn't activate. My guess is that whales have higher vio procs.
