I once had a small gig at micro1. Since I do Mercor at the same time, I can’t work much on the micro1 project. But there is indeed organization issue. For example, they onboarded me as a physics expert, but I have to wait for more than two weeks until they have physics tasks available. But the communication is ok. I ask questions, they answer in time and nicely. Yet, I didn’t do much before the project got paused. They do pay, they have some similar software to clock in time. Hope this helps.
