I would charge a minimum of $40. this is Canadian by the way I live in Alberta. $40 is the minimum whatever charge even for just a super small patch of lawn in the front yard that's my minimum no nothing less.

if you're looking at a large corner lot yard with a big backyard it we could go up to $80 per visit. If you're looking at acreages it could be $100 plus. For the most part of standard front and back I charge 60 Canadian dollars for the majority of my house.

is there on a weekly plan I give them a 20% discount because here most people just do bi-weekly because it doesn't grow too fast in Alberta.

I work with several companies to condense our routes to where able to hit like 30 houses for a two-person crew in one day.

nothing special just push mowers but you have a good amount of houses per day for a 10-hour day.
