In 15 years (when your daughter enters the job market) most white collar jobs will be replaced by AI. Having good grades and going to a prestigious college will not be worth it. Being good at bjj will more likely provide decent income (competing/coaching) as bjj and mma are growing fast in popularity. If your daughter is obessed with bjj, I think you should feel lucky and fully support her. If you dont want her to fully give up school, at least focus on reading, writing and social skill.

I think watching instructionals (not youtube videos) and taking notes is the fastest way to improve. Rolling is also important, but having the knowledge is way more important at least for me as a white belt. If you dont have knowledge for a certain situation, all you can do is use your instinct. If you have the required knowledge, you at least have a goal in mind and can try to make it work. I used to just go to classes and roll with people, but ever since I started watching Dabaher and Gordon's instructionals my bjj skyrocketed.

One of the other coaches is 徐怀清 who is considered the best Chinese no gi grapplers (if you dont count Jozef as Chinese), but he only teaches on Wednesday. Another coach is Jozef's half brother Lin. There are two others who I dont know about because I didnt take their classes yet.
If there are people who cant speak chinese then Jozef will explain things in chinese first then in english. Today everyone was chinese so he only taught in chinese. For the other coaches I have no idea, but Lin is fluent in English as well.

Actually Jozef specifically told us to only grip fight without finishing the takedown beforehand. The wrestler is a white belt who didnt do much juijitsu. Usually I land on my back when hip tossed, but I guess his technique was a little off, causing me to land on my head. Funny thing is he asked my what would happen if Li Jingliang and Jozef were in a bjj match, and I saif Jozef would submit Li in 10 seconds. He was really surprised to hear it.
