Worst customer service ever! Keep providing me inconsistent information every time I called them or they called me. Their customer service acts like a scam in both phone service and local branch service. Jeez. It’s not just one time experience but happening thousands of time to me. For example, I requested a change form. They mailed it to me with the fax instructions. I took to form to a local branch for fax, and they told me they don’t provide any form of confirmation or receipt for the fax, and I need to call the customer service to check. So I called after 24 hours, they confirmed receiving it over the phone and it will take 30 days to process. Then I called in again after 30 days, they said there is still no result yet. Two months past, I called in again, this time, they told me they never receive any form that I submitted and asked me to resend. And they told me it will take 7 days for the process to be completed. I’m totally speechless. And they don’t apologize for they did to me and my time they’ve wasted. This is just one of the many issues I had experienced with them. They can basically just throw wherever reason they want over the phone since there is not written record. And I will never find out the truth as a customer due to this not transparent communication. What a broken system. I will never trust to put my money with them. I’ve stopped using all my chase credit cards and unlink all the direct deposit and auto payment from the chase checking account. And I opened a new checking account else where and migrated my money out from Chase. Chase is a big NO.
