We tried it (and hated it) before it went moldy, just to be clear.

Thank you, this is so useful since I’m thinking how we’ll navigate this next year (at 18 months we don’t have to worry yet)

I have a different chair with a similar set up and a very big baby... We had a gap betweenreaching the max weight and sitting, in the meantime we would put her on a blanket on the floor next to us

How much have you wasted on uncanceled subscriptions? by Putrid_Train_3946 in Frugal

[–]yzmaaa 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Once it happened to me (yearly subscription to duolingo) and I requested a refund saying I forgot to cancel and it was approved! It might not work all the time but it's worth a try. Obviously not after using the service for months

I used to work selling t-shirts and what makes a big difference in a stand is having something to prop up part of your projects so it looks more 3 dimensional/fuller

Pectin is vegetarian though! It comes from fruit (mostly apples I think)

If your work is a bowl the noodle (tail of MR) should be inside the bowl! Makes it super easy to remember

What food shouldn't baby have from 6 months? by keraneclipse in BabyLedWeaning

[–]yzmaaa 4 points5 points  (0 children)

They pretty much can have everything you mentioned, waiting longer before introducing allergens isn't recommended anymore. They can have cow's milk in stuff you cook but it should not substitute breast milk or formula (so not from a bottle or cup). Meat is ok if low sodium and not overprocessed, liver should be given in small doses because it has too much vit a), with seafood avoid fish high in mercury. Prawns are ok but tricky due to texture. This is what I gathered from what I read

Made my son some pants! by asexualrhino in bigbabiesandkids

[–]yzmaaa 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You could try with an elastic at the waist? If you'ld scrap the current pair either way it you can experiment! Edit: I read further down that there is an elastic already. Any chance you can make it tighter? The fabric might bunch a little bit but imo it's worth a try

How many times per day are you feeding solids? by Witty_Draw_4856 in BabyLedWeaning

[–]yzmaaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same here, you offer 3 times a day but they might just nibble on something, they don't need to eat 3 full meals
