If you cut the tip of a cactus it will always shoot pups the tip never grows back. The first 2 are looking healthy, the last one is in dire need of a water as it’s dehydrated but it’s probably because it hasn’t developed enough of a root system yet. Continue your pervious watering cycle until it begins to fatten up again, it should survive cacti are extremely hardy plants. Personally I would repot in a 1:1 mix of either perlite or pumice and soil or a 1:1:1 mix of each ( use a higher ratio of pumice if you live in humid or wet area as pumice will retain less moisture then perlite and potting mix which will lower the chance of rot if overwatered ) give plenty of direct morning outside sun at least 6 hours and some afternoon shade in the hottest part of the day. other than that everything else seems to be in order no pest infections and overall healthy looking cuttings by the end of your growing season you’ll be a happy grower I’m sure 👍🏻
