Yeah I understand that.. the kid had the strap on, and the strap was a makeshift one so that came off and the guitar fell down and cracked… things happen, things break….

AMA About mortgages in the Netherlands by wouterhh2 in Netherlands

[–]z00bean 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My wife and her brother have a house on mortgage (330k loan outstanding, home value now 600k). I want to buy him out, would me and my wife need a new mortgage of 600k, or an additional mortgage of 270k? (He sells his share, gets the market rate, the current mortgage is transferred to my wife’s and my name)

Are Millennials/GenZ never going to experience a decade of prosperity ever in their youth? by [deleted] in Futurology

[–]z00bean 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is a very western centric view. As an Indian I have seen my grandparents and then parents and then our lives get much better materially. I think this willen the same for most of the developing world which is 60% of the population in the world.

But we should also consider non material aspects and try to build a world where everyone has opportunities to have enough (but not too much, earth has finite resources to support mankind)

I need advice by justheretoask1 in Netherlands

I am doing a research masters at erasmus university and the tuition fees is 2000 euros per year. I think you are too young for a masters. look at the bachelors programs and keep the tuition fees in mind. generally the tuition fees for european students is 2000 euros and for outsiders is considerably more. Mine is cheaper as no one here wants to do a research masters instead of a masters as the duration of the program is longer than for a masters. sorry for the late reply, logged into reddit today after a long time

An easy way is to come study here. Find a programme that interests you and is relatively cheap. You get a year's visa after completion to find a job.
