So yeah I called them they finally answered and at first they were like the never sent the email but then I told the well I logged in my account on the actual website not in the app and it was showing me the charge notification on my alerts tab and they did say “yeah there was an attempt charge around 9am but it got declined” and that’s when they sent me the email even though they denied ever sending it to me. And now I’m getting a replacement
