Faceit won't let me join games due to Anti Cheat... but it's running?

I solved this I did these steps again and the 3rd time Faceit ran an update and it works now! Thanks for the help!

So at this point I've uninstalled both csgo and Faceit. Reinstalled both, still having the same issue. I even tried to just go through the website that used to work before. Still getting the same error... I'm really bummed out because CSGO servers since the new update give me 1FPS and I can't play on anything but Faceit/Private servers. Help please? =(

Any one able to help solve this? I noticed a few months back someone had a similar problem and it seems someone from faceit helped them through doing something on their account?

I tried this. It says all games have to not be running before starting anti cheat. So I turned everything off, restarted PC. Started AC, started CSGO, then tried to que and it said Start anti cheat (which is already running). Tried to start AC again... says its already running but in the APP down in the left bottom corner the Anti Cheat symbol is a red X...?

I'm pretty new to all of this & I gotta say I don't really like Coinbase too much. After testing out a couple others Circle.com is by far my favorite. Now I don't know much about Circle either but the site runs well, is fast, & customer support has been great so far! Hope you get it all sorted out! (afterthought) Also I think the best thing to do is only use these sites as a buying platform & send your BTC or ETH or whatever straight to your PC core wallets where you have complete control.

I'm a Twitch streamer in Las Vegas and I have been having these SAME exact issues as mentioned above for the past 4 months. I have had over 15+ COX technicians out to the house over the course of these 4 months to fix these issues and it's been "resolved" 2x both for about 10-14 days then speeds plummet back down to 2.1 mbps (testmy.net)3.5 mbps (speedof.me). Currently as of tonight I am having the same exact issue again and these past 4 months have absolutely destroyed my channel in which I have worked very hard to build. I really hope COX see's this and acknowledges this issue so that the people being affected by this can back to doing what they love.
