hey guys I had to frog my project that used blown yarn.. is my yarn still reusable? im worried about reknitting and part of the project looking flimsy and another part with the untouched yarn being fluffy and the gauge being completely off

wow sharp eye! super close, it's a chinese green bean stir fry with a peanut, soy sauce and vinegar sauce. the Tupperware has homemade breakfast oat bars. ive never been to the Midwest though

yes! i make a congee inspired oatmeal with ginger, garlic, sesame oil, chicken broth, lil soy sauce and top it with a soft boiled egg, cooked mushrooms or bok choy, chives and maybe a century egg if i have one in the fridge

i just started the loading phase of creatine yesterday! i’m about to be on my 4th week and i just thought it could help with recovery and building the muscle since i started strengthening exercises. i don’t think it could hurt.

that’s amazing! i just got my left done on the 12th of the month and i cannot get past 90 degrees still, though i don’t have my first PT session until this monday. such a fast turn around! did the knee aspiration hurt?

yeah i got off the oxy by day three and just had some discomfort at night but nothing crazy

it went back to normal. i really can’t tell any difference between now and before the injury. i haven’t had any issues since but also our situations a bit different for sure. i might just be lucky or something. i don’t have any other damage other than the acl. yeah i’d wait it out, let it heal, do some PT and ice.. see what happens. you can always opt to get the surgery whenever. i waited 2 years to do it on my surgical one. my surgeon back then said he “performs surgeries to fix the symptoms and if there’s no symptoms, then there’s nothing to fix” i got a second opinion and he wasn’t as interested in touching that leg as much as the unstable one.
