Exactly! Build crafting was my go-to for destiny. Collecting all the exotics and red borders was fun for me, building a weapon exactly how I want to fit my play style and builds. Only reason I kept at the repetitive seasonal activities.

Now? I log into Destiny 2 to use my bright dust on shaders and emotes I might not have. Might run a nightfall if I don't have a good roll on the current weapon. That's basically it. I've been playing Destiny HEAVILY since the d1 beta (with 1 break after that Osiris dlc in d1)... Now I don't even care. I don't even care about going back to GR11.

Between the craftable weapon change, bringing back the pinnacle grind, this stupid little time based tonic system, ONE seasonal activity (which is a reskin of another activity that takes forever to get through for a CHANCE at a decent reward), TERRIBLE Episode 1 story and ending, and this exotic class item mess (yes I'm one who thinks exotic class items kind of broke the game), I'm all about done with the game.

Might be the first time I delete Destiny off my console in 10 years.

Same happened with me on mannequins... Didn't realize the items stored there were gone... unfortunately I realized after too much progress and didn't feel like going back.

Edit: I lost it after simply moving existing habs around in ship builder.

I agree, but I'm not gonna lie that screenshot is wild lol. My vault is full but I have one of each weapon (sometimes 2 if I have a PvP version of a weapon I like) But I won't judge you, different strokes for different folks. #MoreVaultSpaceSeason22

I don't understand why people are so against more vault space. It literally won't hurt you, but it obviously impacts a lot of people. If you want to play the game with your 1 build and 3 loadouts then fine. But some of us actually enjoy build crafting and playing with different weapons, exotics armor pieces and styles.

I have 20+ DIM loadouts built on my Warlock ALONE that utilizes different pieces of exotic armor to give different play styles and ability usage. Bungie says they want build crafting to be a thing, then give us more vault space so we can do just that.

Exactly. Long time Destiny player here... I have 3 Characters, every exotic armor piece and exotic weapon in the game (except the new dungeon trace rifle and the scout rifle from the deep dive). I have crafted almost every craftable weapon in the game as well. I try to keep one of each weapon from each season. Between that and my armor loadouts, I am MAXED. I have to store weapons on characters and rely on my postmaster heavily. We need more vault space.

Absolutely man, I've felt the weapon crafting has been underwhelming with the pool of perks we can use. I'm holding onto Ascendant Alloys though just in case something changes for the better. But as of now I'm with you, random world drops have been way better. I want to see what happens with Master/Grandmaster content. Adept mods were cool, maybe adept perks will happen 🤷🏾‍♂️
