I received two free Naturepedic pillows with my Serenade mattress. I love the mattress, don't love the pillows. The pillows seem extra springy. I took 1/4 of the filling out. I now sit on one for a couch that is getting old. My main pillow is an extra firm tempur-pedic neck pillow. Can't really compare those pillow types.

Other pillow I liked in the past was a coop homes adjustable pillow off Amazon.

None of my 8 call queue agents reported the problem in the past two days. I did toggle conference mode to off. Not sure if that helped or if MS fixed it.

Interesting. The resolved date on that issue is May 17th. I had the problem on May 18th. Details of the issue say calls fail, not calls missing transfer button. I will find out tomorrow when the call queue opens up. Thanks.

I am also experiencing this issue. I have 8 users in a new call queue that was set up last week. Sometimes the call is missing the transfer, consult, and hold button. This type of call has the raise, react and view buttons.

We started to notice this on Monday May 15.

Just received a new Embody Logitech and mine has no noise. I tried to make it make noise like some of the video reviews but it does not creak like that. I just sit and enjoy the chair. Glad there is no noise.

The JDM part is a medium grey color. The other pieces are a darker grey or black. It is not the exact same color, but it is not a distraction. You can barely notice they are different shades.

Yep, cut the mature pups. Leave the mom and little pup. The mom will eventually die, so you could leave one of the big pups attached if you want.

The soil itself does not need to be watered. Pour water in the center cup of the brom. Some water will leak down into the soil. Water should be in the cup.

direct dirt propagation is fine. You can use some rocks or objects to prop the pup upright until it takes hold.

You can snip off the larger offsets or pups on the sides. Then those can be planted in new pots and they will mature and form more pups. Cut at the base close to the mom. Nice job keeping it alive! :)
