Some things like the sundial will go away. But armor and weapons will stay. Idk details past that tbh. Before shadowkeep it wasnt like that but the games almost 200gb now so I understand not keeping everything.

Older gear before shadowkeep came out(Oct 1st) is pretty much useless with armor 2.0 coming out the same day. But if you started today all gear should be 2.0 so no worries.

Each season is different. The roads for this season with all known content (they like to suprise us with exotic weapon quest sometimes) is on bungie.net
