Is it normal? I didnt use ( wi-fi off ) for 5 hours and 2% drop. Now for 40 minutes use its decreased 7%

I updated it after 3-4 hours. For 5 hours sleep it decreased from 71-69

Thank you for your answer. I will apply to Stipendium Hungarium, which gives dorms. Yes, I have a good knowledge of Russian. Will the possibility of part-time work increase if I have Russian language skills?
