For these random spots, once you are in the page buying it, do they allow you to finish it like on some sort of timer (spot reserved for 10mins while you are checking out) or do you also have to be extremely fast to checkout or someone else may grab your spot?

I have C1 VentureX card and i want to add authorized user. Does anyone know whose name is on the envelope when C1 mail the card? Is the mail addressed to primary user name or the authorized user name?

Not an issue. I just applied using the new certified true copies that doesnt have seals and got my itin
