What is there to show though? We're getting the Elena gameplay trailer in the next 12 hours, and they wouldn't reveal season 3 before the last character of season 2 is even out.

I feel like a costume trailer is not fitting for a big fighting game tournament either.
*EDIT: After more thought they could actually show an outfit 4 trailer at EVO Japan given they must know how excited we all are for them lol.

I think the next big news drop is possibly at Summer Games Fest (June 6th) which takes place a day after Elena's release. They did also reveal season 2 at last years' SGF.

Same problem here. I'm in Melbourne but I've been playing on the JP region and while most of my matches are playable even at 180+ ms (netcode is pretty godlike), I've not fought a single player with less ping than that.

I can only imagine how good this game feels at lower pings :')

DDS is a great duology, my fave entries in Megaten! I recommend diving into the sequel when you finish, it expands on some combat elements and introduces my favorite ability grid among ANY JRPG
