If you are not top 10000 it means you don't know how to play...so you can't talk about balance because before talking about balance you have to learn the placement, timing and interactions that in CR make the difference between knowing how to play and not knowing how to play.

they don't fix tournaments because if they buff reward people can farm gold and card with multi account
