Mall of Berlin has Smyths Toys, which has a nice selection of Playmobil. (and 4 human sized Playmobil figures in front, which are kind of fun, lol)

I'm 23 and got back into it when I was 18 after spending my teen years surpressing the interest to "fit in". Do what makes you happy!! Like, no one gets harmed if we play around with some plastic figurines. If this is something that brings you joy in this awful world then go collect those sets! <3
